This position is for a senior professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Product and Technical HVAC Service. This role involves troubleshooting customer issues and providing critical training to strategic account customers, offering both phone and on-site technical support to ensure timely resolution of complex issues, and coordinating with local labor providers.

We are looking for a technician (m/f/d) for our projects in the field of sun protection for Italy. You will work from your home office and ideally live in the Milan/Verona/Bologna/Padova/Venice area and report to the Managing Director Italy. Responsibilities include independent handling of construction projects for sun protection products, active support of customers, participation in construction meetings, and coordination of subcontractors.
